Eswatini Railways’s employment policy aims to attract, select and appoint the best talent possible for each position in order to enable deployment and utilization of skills and talent at all levels. “Fit for purpose” considerations guide the recruitment process to maintain a balanced, business driven and equitable approach to the recruitment. The use of contemporary varied recruitment tools enables ESR to make balanced and objective recruitment decisions.
As a result of the high volumes of job applications ESR receives, it is nearly impossible to respond to all the applications individually. Consequently as a standard, if an applicant does not receive a response within 21 days of the closing date, this will mean that an application was unsuccessful.
